With the rapid development of big data, cloud computing, mobile communication and other technologies, the Internet era is like a storm, rapidly sweeping across the entire educational circle. In the context of "Internet + Education", micro-courses, MOOCs and flipped classroom are developing rapidly, and the traditional education model is facing unprecedented impact and challenges. Education, known as the most conservative industry in the 21st century, has gradually changed from closed to open under the influence of "Internet +".


First of all, "Internet +" promotes the reconfiguration and integration of educational resources. On the one hand, the Internet has greatly magnified the role and value of high-quality educational resources. Traditionally, an excellent teacher can only serve a few dozen students, but can serve thousands or even tens of thousands of students. On the other hand, the connectivity of the Internet makes it possible to conduct collaborative research across regions, industries and time, which to a large extent avoids low-level duplication and accelerates the improvement of the research level. Under the impact of "Internet +", the traditional education gap caused by the region, time and teachers will be gradually narrowed and even filled up.


Secondly, "Internet +" has broken the authority's monopoly on knowledge, and the global knowledge base is being formed at an accelerated pace. Quality educational resources are being greatly enriched and enriched. These resources are connected together through the Internet, so that people can access the learning resources they want at any time, anytime and anywhere. The efficiency of knowledge acquisition is greatly improved, the cost of knowledge acquisition is greatly reduced, and the centralized learning method is gradually replaced by the fragmented learning method.


Thirdly, under the impact of "Internet +", the boundary between teachers and students is no longer clear and distinct. In the traditional education ecology, teachers and textbooks are the authoritative sources of knowledge, and students are the recipients of knowledge. Teachers have the advantage of knowledge quantity and gain the control over the classroom. But in the "Internet +" era of "school to school, class to everyone", students have become very fast to acquire knowledge, and the balance of knowledge between teachers and students is not necessarily biased to teachers. At this time, teachers must adjust their own positioning, let themselves and students become learning partners and guides; At the same time, the line between educational and non-educational organizations has blurred and may even disappear completely. The flexibility of social educational institutions is having a powerful impact on school educational institutions.
